So. You know how to make a banging Flat White but how do you get that across on socials?

Don’t worry. We’re here to help.

The one good thing about coffee shops (other than the coffee) is the endless opportunity for fun, engaging, beautiful, and drool-worthy content. We know you know what we mean. And those incredible accounts you follow? You could be one of those too.

You simply need to follow these steps:

Set aside some time each week to dedicate to your digital marketing. 

By that we mean: your social media, website and mailing list (if you have them)

During that time, do some research on well-performing posts in your industry, plan your content and be sure to include anything out of the norm such as specials, opening times etc, go ahead and shoot your content, then you need to schedule it. We like to use Later. Trust us. It’s a real time saver! Something else that will save you loads of time is our Coffee Guide. 

Throughout the week make sure you’re sharing your posts to your stories and reposting images that customer’s tag you in. Tagged posts are like a 3-in-1: social proof, a review (people wouldn’t make content if they didn’t like it and free content! Just, please make sure you ask permission if you’re sharing to your feed and you’re crediting the original account. 

Then, start all over again.

If you’re up for it, try scheduling 2 weeks in advanced and then filling in any gaps with reposted tagged content (UGC) or if you have a spare 30mins, jump on a trend! It’s time to bring some life to your socials.
